Editor’s note:
   Ord. 178-2004, passed 12-13-2004, enacted a Residential Street Resurfacing Program and created the Residential Street Resurfacing Fund. Ord. 179-2004, passed 12-13-2004, established the Permissive Street Resurfacing Program, in conjunction with the establishment of the Residential Street Resurfacing Program. Copies of the ordinances and of the programs are available for inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council. These ordinances have been amended by Ord. 103-2006 and Ord. 104-2006, both passed 6-26-2006.
