§ 1020.14 RESTORATION OF SURFACE; COSTS.
   All places where pavement or other material is removed from streets, alleys, sidewalks or public grounds shall be restored to their former condition within five days or as soon as practicable, either by the city or by the person causing such pavement to be removed, as may be directed by the Director of Public Service. The cost shall be paid by the person causing such pavement to be removed or, in default thereof, shall be deducted from the cash deposit referred to in § 1020.02 of this chapter.
