Each licensed promoter shall be required to post a bond in an amount not to exceed $3,000, which bond shall be conditioned upon:
(A) Payment of all license fees required in § 820.05 of this chapter;
(B) Compliance with the laws of the state, the ordinances of the city and the rules and regulations of the Boxing and Wrestling Commission; and
(C) Payment of all debts and expenses lawfully incurred in connection with each exhibition.
