(A) The fees to be paid for licenses and permits granted under authority of this chapter shall be as follows:
Amateur exhibitions where no admission is charged | $1 |
Amateur exhibitions where admission is charged | $5 |
Professional exhibitions where the established price does not exceed $0.75 | $10 |
Professional exhibitions where the established price exceeds $0.75, but does not exceed $1 | $15 |
Professional exhibitions where the established price exceeds $1, but does not exceed $1.50 | $20 |
Professional exhibitions where the established price is $1.50 or over | $25 |
Promoter’s license (annual) | $5 |
(B) The term AMATEUR, as used in this section, means any contestant who receives no fee, expenses or other thing of value for participation, except trophies.
