The Mayor shall issue a license to any person making application to him or her for such license for any or all of the purposes mentioned in § 804.01 of this chapter upon the payment of a fee of $100 per year, $60 for six months, $36 for three months or $5 per day, for each person so engaged, at the option of the applicant, which sum shall be payable in advance.
