(A) Not less than ten days notice shall be given in person or in writing at the Town Hall to discontinue service for a change in occupancy.
(B) The outgoing party shall be responsible for all water consumed and for pro-rated service up to the time of departure or the time specified for departure whichever period is longer.
(C) When all charges for service are paid in full, the outgoing party’s deposit shall be refunded. The deposit will be refunded pursuant to § 50.065 of this subchapter.
