§ 153.44 NON-STEALTH SMALL WIRELESS FACILITIES.
   Non-stealth small wireless facilities are prohibited in the public right-of-way. Except as provided in § 153.42 of this chapter, for collocation on existing small wireless support structures, non-concealed small wireless facilities shall only be allowed on transmission towers. The top may not exceed more than ten feet of the transmission towers.
