(A) The collocation of additional wireless facilities on existing, free-standing wireless support structures shall be consistent with the existing concealment method, if applicable, of the free-standing wireless support structure.
(B) The top of the additional wireless facility may not exceed the highest point of the existing wireless facility on the free-standing wireless support structure.
(C) For the purposes of wireless facility collocations governed by § 153.07 of this chapter, an existing electric transmission tower shall be considered an existing wireless support facility.
(D)
An existing electric transmission tower that is being replaced by a taller transmission tower for the primary purpose of hosting wireless facilities is subject to all applicable regulations in this subchapter related to wireless support structures.
