(A) The owner of any tower within the town shall maintain with the town’s Zoning Administrator a listing of the inventory of the applicant’s existing towers within the town and within the extraterritorial jurisdiction, including specific information about the location, height and design of each tower.
(B) Wireless facilities and wireless support structures that were legally permitted on or before the date this chapter was enacted shall be considered a permitted and lawful use.
