§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of §§ 70.09 through 70.19 is punishable by fine not to exceed $200.
   (C)   Violation of §§ 70.21 through 70.46 is punishable by fine not to exceed $100.
   (D)   Violation of a provision identical to a state statute is punishable by fine not to exceed the penalty prescribed by the state statute.
