§ 70.46 TRAFFIC SIGNS, CONTROL DEVICES AND MARKINGS.
   (A)   All city-erected traffic signs, control devices and markings regulating vehicular traffic within the public right-of-way shall have the force of law and may be enforced by any law enforcement officer or person authorized by the City Council.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this code for any person to operate a motor vehicle or other conveyance on the public right-of-way in violation of a city-erected traffic sign, control device or marking.
