§ 70.29 BICYCLE OPERATING RULES.
   (A)   A person shall not leave a bicycle so as to obstruct any roadway, sidewalk, driveway or building entrance; and
   (B)   A person shall not ride on a sidewalk that is bordered by a bike path.
