§ 70.02 APPLICABILITY OF STATE TRAFFIC LAWS.
   O.R.S. Chapter 153 and the Oregon Vehicle Code, O.R.S. Chapters 801 through 822, are adopted by reference. Violation of an adopted provision of those chapters is an offense against this city.
