§ 51.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to:
   (A)   Develop and manage a cross connection control program to protect the city water system from pollution and contamination due to any existing or potential cross connections; and
   (B)   Have a city water system cross connection control program that meets the minimum requirements set forth in OAR Chapter 333-061-0070-0073, cross connection control requirements, or as that chapter is amended.
