(A) Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 1395 Girard Dr. Louisville, KY 40222.
(B) Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or a majority of the City Commissioners. In the call, the Mayor or City Commissioners shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Commission members and for compliance with KRS Ch. 61.
(C) At a special meeting, no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
(D) The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
(E) (1) All regular meetings where two or more city officials meet may be attended by the public by video conference. The instructions for access to the link for the meeting will be posted on the Bancroft Official web site.
(2) The Mayor, or a majority of the Commission may choose to conduct the regularly scheduled monthly meeting by video conferencing. The Mayor, or designee, shall provide notice to all Commission members and city residents of the change from the regularly scheduled meeting location to a video conference meeting. The instructions for access to the link for the meeting shall be posted on the meeting agenda.
(3) If a physical location is provided or two or more members are attending from the same location, precisely identify the physical location and allow public attendance at that location.
(4) Any interruption in the video or audio broadcast at any location shall result in the suspension of the video conference until the broadcast is restored.
