§ 73.07 OFF-ROAD/ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.
   No off-road or all-terrain vehicle shall be operated on the streets of the city unless the same is properly equipped so as to be licensed and actually is licensed as an on-road vehicle by the State of South Dakota or other state.
