§ 72.03 PLACES WHERE STOPPING, STANDING, AND PARKING PROHIBITED.
   Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or in compliance with law or the directions of a law enforcement officer or official traffic-control device, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle:
   (A)   In front of a public or private driveway;
   (B)   Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
   (C)   Within a crosswalk;
   (D)   Within an intersection;
   (E)   On a sidewalk;
   (F)   Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station and on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station within 75 feet of said entrance;
   (G)   On any railroad tracks;
   (H)   On any bridge;
   (I)   In such a manner so as to block the view of any traffic-control sign or device;
   (J)   With the left side of the vehicle next to the curb;
   (K)   On any private property without the consent of the owner of the property; or
   (L)   At any place where official signs prohibit stopping, standing, or parking.
