§ 71.11 APPROACH OF SCHOOL BUS.
   The operator of a motor vehicle meeting or overtaking a school bus on which the amber warning lights are flashing shall reduce the vehicle’s speed to not more than 20 mph and proceed past the bus with caution. The operator of a motor vehicle meeting or overtaking a school bus on which the red signal lights are flashing shall stop the vehicle not closer than 15 feet from the bus, and shall remain stopped until the flashing red signal lights are extinguished.
