§ 70.53 RED AND BLUE LIGHTS.
   Except as to law enforcement, emergency, or Fire Department vehicles, ambulances, or tow trucks, operating under such circumstances as may be proved by law, any person who operates any vehicle in the city with any red or blue light thereon visible from directly in front, behind, or to the sides thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
