§ 70.45 EMERGENCY VEHICLE WARNING DEVICES.
   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle, other than an authorized emergency vehicle, to be equipped with or for any unauthorized person to use any visual or audible warning device commonly associated with emergency vehicles, including, but not being limited to, sirens, whistles, horns, bells, and the like.
