§ 70.42 WINDSHIELD WIPERS TO BE PROPERLY WORKING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any motor vehicle upon any street unless the vehicle has properly working windshield wipers as prescribed by state law. This shall not apply to farm tractors and motorcycles.
