It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any motor vehicle upon any street with any object or gadget dangling between the view of the driver and the windshield, or with the front windshield obstructed or with any sign, poster, or other non-transparent material upon the front windshield, side wings, side, or rear windows of such motor vehicle other than a certificate or other paper required to be so displayed by law or other temporary driving instruction placed thereon by the manufacturer.
