§ 70.12 TAMPERING WITH VEHICLES.
   Any person who shall tamper with the motor vehicle of another, with intent to injure the same or cause inconvenience to the owner thereof, or who shall take and operate the motor vehicle of another without the consent of the owner or person lawfully in charge thereto, under such circumstances as not to constitute larceny, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
