§ 50.04 INSPECTION REQUIRED.
   Before allowing utility service to any premises, the service, utility lines and pipes, meters, and any other utility apparatus shall be inspected. The results of such inspection shall be satisfactory to the city and shall fully meet all city, state, and other lawful standards for construction, installation, use, and regulation.
