§ 113.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; STATE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   License required. No person shall engage in the sale of fireworks within the city nor within one mile of the city limits without first obtaining a license from the City Council.

   (B)   Other requirements. Any applicant shall also have obtained a proper license from the state, and a sales tax license from the state.
