Unless a different penalty is otherwise specified, any person violating any of the provisions of this Title shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day in violation of this title shall be deemed a separate offense.
