§ 123.30 CLEAN COMPARTMENT.
   (A)   No taxicab shall be operated unless the passenger compartment is kept clean and in sanitary condition.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
