§ 123.28 DRIVER TO REMAIN NEAR CAB.
   (A)   The driver of a taxicab shall remain immediately adjacent to the taxicab while parked at any approved taxi stand.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
