§ 123.04 HEARING OF APPLICATION.
   Upon receipt of any application referred to in § 123.03, the City Clerk shall set a time, not less than ten nor more than 30 days thereafter for the hearing of the application before the City Council, and shall give written notice of the time and place of the hearing, to the applicant.
