§ 113.19 FEES.
   (A)   The fees for the bingo license and bingo manager license shall be:
   Bingo license               $50 annually
   License amendment fee         $25 each amendment
   Bingo manager license         $25 annually
   (B)   If any application for a license is denied, one-half of any license fee paid shall be refunded to the applicant.
