§ 113.01 BINGO GAMES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES PERMITTED.
   Bingo games for charitable purposes are hereby authorized pursuant to Section 19, Article 4, of the California Constitution, and Section 326.5 of the Penal Code, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
