§ 96.03 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall enter, be or remain, in any park unless he complies with all of the regulations set forth in this code applicable thereto.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
