§ 71.18 COMMERCIAL VEHICLES USING PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS.
   (A)   No person shall operate or drive a commercial vehicle in, on or across any private driveway approach or sidewalk area or the driveway itself without the consent of the owner or occupant of the property, if the owner has placed a sign or markings indicating that the use of the driveway is prohibited.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, COMMERCIAL VEHICLE means a vehicle having a rated capacity in excess of one-half ton.
   (C)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
