§ 71.30 ADVERTISING VEHICLES.

(A) No person shall operate or drive any vehicle used for commercial advertising purposes which is equipped with a sound-amplifying or loud-speaking device upon any street or alley at any time.

(B) Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
