The sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages shall be allowed within the corporate limits of the village on Sunday mornings beginning at 10:00 a.m. in any place that holds a permit issued pursuant to G.S. 18B-1001. Except as provided herein, the hours of sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the corporate limits of the village shall be governed by state law, including, but not limited to, G.S. 18B-1004 and any subsequent amendments thereto.
