Sec. 16-54.   Trespassing on shoreline stabilization structures prohibited.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this division for any person to enter onto or remain on the shoreline stabilization structures for any purpose, except as below provided in subsection (c).
   (b)   A conspicuous notice of the prohibition set out in subsection (a) of this section shall be posted in a manner reasonably likely to come to the attention of persons who are seeking to enter onto or remain on the structure.
   (c)   This section shall not apply to persons to whom the village has given its consent to enter onto or remain on the structure, to persons who enter thereon for emergency purposes, or to persons who are exempted under any applicable state or federal law. Provided further, nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit public recreation or fishing on the wooden walkway constructed for such purposes on the structure at the marina southern bulkhead.
