The village does hereby create an inspection department of the village government which shall consist of a building inspector who shall be licensed by the state department of insurance as a plumbing inspector and a mechanical inspector. The inspection department shall consist of any other inspectors or deputy or assistant inspectors as may be authorized from time to time by the village council.
