15A NCAC 7I .0402 Ineligible activities.

   (a)   Costs not associated with CAMA permit letting are not eligible for reimbursement.

   (b)   The following costs are presumed not to be eligible:

      (1)   The costs of local appeal;

      (2)   Attorneys' fees;

      (3)   Bookkeeping or accountant costs;

      (4)   Fines and penalties.
