(a) No new potable, irrigation, or raw water well or closed loop system or other structure penetrating into an aquifer shall be permitted on Bald Head Island without the express written authorization of the village council.
(b) This section shall not affect wells currently in existence.
(c) No well may be located within a 100 foot radius from an existing village production well and/or planned production well site as identified by the village utilities director.
(d) Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor making the offender liable for punishment in accordance with above section 30-1.
