(A) It shall be unlawful for any child less than 16 years of age to operate or ride a bicycle or motorized scooter on any public way unless such person is wearing a helmet.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any child less than 16 years of age to ride in any sidecar, trailer, child carrier, seat or other device attached to a bicycle or motorized scooter on any public way unless such child is wearing a helmet.
(C) It shall be unlawful for a parent or guardian to allow or permit any child less than 16 years of age to operate or ride a bicycle or motorized scooter on any public way unless such child is wearing a helmet.
(D) It shall be unlawful for a parent or guardian to allow or permit any child less than 16 years of age to ride in any sidecar, trailer, child carrier, seat or other device attached to a bicycle or motorized scooter on any public way unless such child is wearing a helmet.
