§ 70.071  USE RESTRICTED OF FREEWAYS TO AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLES.
   (A)   No vehicle except of the automotive type shall be driven upon or operated upon any freeway.
   (B)   The use of any freeway by pedestrians, bicyclists and equestrians is prohibited. This restriction and prohibition shall apply to the shoulders and median strips of the freeways, as well as to the pavement surface.
