§ 70.014  CLINGING TO VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any toy vehicle to cling to or attach himself or herself or his or her vehicle to any streetcar or vehicle upon a roadway.
