(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person, firm, partnership or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 93.09 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $200, per day, including the cost of prosecution. All cost incurred as a result of removing, feeding or otherwise caring for any species named in § 93.09 of this chapter will be at owner’s expense.
(2) Each day during which violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
