§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of §§ 130.01 and 130.02 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $25 for the first violation and $50 on all subsequent violations occurring in the same calendar year.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 130.15 or any order made by the Town Council of the Town of Bainbridge, Indiana, in accordance with the terms of that section shall be punished by a fine of $25 for the first violation and $50 for all subsequent violations occurring in the same calendar year.

   (D)   Violation of §§ 130.25 through 130.29 shall be subject to a fine of $25 plus an assessment for any damage to any town property or street.

   (E)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 130.40 and 130.41, or any order made by the Town Council of the Town of Bainbridge, Indiana in accordance with the terms of those sections shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1 and not more than $25.
