Leaf burning will be allowed within the town under the following terms and conditions:
(A) All burning shall be done during daylight hours between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; and
(B) All burning of dry leaves must be supervised by an adult person (16 years of age or older) and the supervision must be maintained until the fire is completely out.
