§ 93.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99. The penalties listed in this section are in addition to any costs associated with enforcement of this Code, including abatement, court costs and attorney fees. 
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation, or anyone acting on behalf thereof, who is found to be in violation of §§ 93.001 through 93.008 shall be fined in an amount of $25 for the first violation and $50 for a second instance of the same violation within any calendar year.
      (2)   Each day that a violation exists, or is permitted to exist, shall constitute a separate violation.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall establish or attempt to establish a junk yard or place as defined in § 93.020, without complying with the provisions of § 93.020 shall be fined a sum not exceeding $200.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 93.030 through 93.032 may be fined in an amount of $25 for the first violation and $50 for each subsequent violation occurring in the same calendar year.  Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (E)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 93.060 or § 93.061 may be fined in an amount of $25 for the first violation and $50 for each subsequent violation occurring in the same calendar year.  Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
