No person shall erect, construct, cause, permit, keep, or maintain within the town limits, anything whatsoever which is injurious to the public health or safety, or offensive to the senses of inhabitants. The existence of any of the above is declared to be a nuisance and shall be regulated as set forth in this chapter.
