(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, company, or corporation to erect, construct, cause, permit, maintain, or keep within the limits of the town anything whatsoever which is injurious to health, or indecent or offensive to the senses of any of the inhabitants of the town, or any obstruction to the free use of property of any inhabitant; and any person or persons maintaining any nuisance above referred to is declared to be the author and maintainer of a nuisance.

(B) All properties shall at all times be maintained and used in a clean, neat, well-groomed condition, free from all natural and man-made debris, droppings, junk, rubbish, trash, weeds, and the like. All structures shall at all times be erected, located and maintained in a whole, safe, sound condition; any structure that is damaged or destroyed by fire, storm, or other act of nature or man shall be restored to whole, safe, sound condition (or wholly removed) within 90 days of the transaction or occurrence causing its damage or destruction.
