§ 52.08  ENFORCEMENT.
   Any user who violates § 52.04 or § 52.05 may be punished by a fine as set forth in § 52.99.  In addition to, or in the alternative to a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates § 52.04 or § 52.05.
