§ 52.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any user who violates § 52.04 or § 52.05 may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500.  Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
